    The Shamrock Ball is for girls in grades 2-6 and any adult guest. This event will take place at the Westford Regency and will be a semi-formal event. This program will be available for registration on Friday January 31st at 7:30am. Tickets are $100 and sold as a pair. One for the adult and one for the child. Each additional child is $25/ea. When you register online please register the child(ren) only.

    122230 - Musical Theater Experience

    For over 20 years, Elaine Jarvis and the Musical Theater Experience staff have offered children the opportunity to learn and then perform for family and friends, an age appropriate version of both original and well know musicals. Emphasis is on building self-confidence and self-esteem. No auditions or experience is necessary and everyone gets a part, along with singing and dancing. The spring show this year is their adaptation of The Lion King!

    Registration Opens Wednesday, February 5th at 7:30am!

    Thursday Cast 1: 3:40-4:45PM on Thursdays from March 5th to May 14th. The program will not be held on April 23rd. Their cast’s free performance will take place on Thursday, May 14th beginning at 4:45PM.

    Thursday Cast 2: 4:50-6:00PM on Thursdays from March 5th to May 14th. The program will not be held on April 23rd. Their cast’s free performance will take place on Thursday, May 14th beginning at 5:50PM.

    Friday Cast 1: 3:40-4:45PM on Fridays from March 6th to May 15th. The program will not be held on April 24th. Their cast’s free performance will take place on Friday, May 15th beginning at 4:50PM.

    1st casts meet directly after school. Musical Theater staff members will meet children enrolled in 1st casts who attend the school where the rehearsal is. Students will have a snack between dismissal and the start of the program.

    321223 - Woodworking

    Woodworking is a fun way for kids to become inventors, think innovatively, develop math skills and understand mechanical and spatial relationships. This class is held in a woodshop where kids learn to safely use real hand tools and pine wood. Students get a chance to experiment with materials and choose a project to build. Through the building process, they learn how to work with wood and various tools including sandpaper, crosscut saws, coping saws, files, and hammers. Safety is always a top priority and stressed with every lesson. Closed toed shoes are required. Instructor: Jenny Sorblom.

    Evaluations take place at the Hunt Building on November 16th. Times as follows:
    -Boys 3rd Grade: 2:00pm-3:00pm @ Hunt Recreation Center
    -Boys 4th Grade: 3:15pm-4:15pm @ Hunt Recreation Center

    (Please note 3rd & 4th Grade Boys have different evaluation times although these grades are in the same division)

    This program is for boys enrolled in grades 3 and 4. Participants are evaluated and placed on teams. Each team will play against other 3rd/4th grade teams. Fundamentals, skill development, teamwork and sportsmanship are emphasized. The team will practice for 1 hour 1 night a week and games will be held on Saturday afternoons. Coaches and assistants are needed. Games start December 7th.
