Participants will work out to fun music and with choreographed moves in 3 to 5 minute blocks and take 30-60 second breaks in between the work intervals. This technique is called High Intensity Interval Training (HITT) because it keeps your body working strong, confusing your muscles and teaching your body to adapt to new levels of training.
