    Perhaps you've seen the Beachbody infomercials with Sean T--now try Insanity LIVE! Push your limits with this interval training workout for ALL fitness levels. Participants will work out using just body weight to fun music and with choreographed moves in 3 to 5 minute blocks and take 30-60 second breaks in between the work intervals. This technique is called High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) because it keeps your body working strong, confusing your muscles and teaching your body to adapt to new levels of training. Modifications are available for every single move so all fitness levels are welcome! Please bring your own mat.
